What is forex trading?

Forex, or foreign exchange, can be explained as a network of buyers and sellers, who transfer currency between each other at an agreed price. It is the means by which individuals, companies and central banks convert one currency into another – if you have ever travelled abroad, then it is likely you have made a forex transaction. While a lot of foreign exchange is done for practical purposes, the vast majority of currency conversion is undertaken with the aim of earning a profit. The amount of currency converted every day can make price movements of some currencies extremely volatile. It is this volatility that can make forex so attractive to traders: bringing about a greater chance of high profits, while also increasing the risk.

What is an EA in Forex?

EA or Expert Advisor is a programming script that can automatically open trades with no human intervention, analyzes trading patterns, and close trades. Generally, expert advisors monitor and trade financial markets using algorithms, preprogrammed instructions. Expert Advisors can be used in the strategy testing process; even traders trade manually. Profiting from forex (foreign exchange trading) will require you to undertake in-depth technical analysis, carry out substantial fundamental analysis, regularly follow the news, and attach yourself to a monitor to view the price charts. Almost every trader understands that it is tough and can lead to burnout resulting in a loss rather than profiting. This realization has surfaced automatic trading technologies that make trading easy and increases the probability of getting more profits.

TPNATION Service Definition

Our service is bound and defined as follows:

- Once our client subscribed to our service and created and funded their Forex trading account, TPNation admin will setup TPbot in a managed Virtual Private Server.

- We will provision a Virtual Private Server where the TPbot will run automatically and will trade automatically for the client. TPbot needs to run on a stable uninterrupted machine to maximize trading opportunities and profits. Client will have to confidentially send their MT4 credential in order for the admin to set the bot to run. Please note that main forex account and MT4 account are different. MT4 account credential is only used for executing trades and cannot be used for other purposes such withdrawing funds. For security purposes, client is advised not to share your credentials to anyone.   

- Our service also includes assistance on client inquiries, issues such as forex broker account creation, forex account setup and preferences, coordinating with forex broker for deposit and withdrawal issue.

TPNation Service Limitation

- Our service does not allow client to get a copy of the TPbot.

- Our service does not allow client to get access to our Virtual Private Server where the TPbot is running. Management of the TPbot such as assuring that the bot it is running in good condition is sole responsibility of TPNation's admin.

- Our service does not offer refund and indemnification in case of TPbot performance resulting into significant gain or loss.

SUBSCRIPTION 

CONTINUATION & TERMINATION

Client can terminate the subscription anytime with no obligation. Client should inform the TPNation admin if they wish to extend or continue the service and settle the next month subscription fee on the last week of the current subscription period.

TERMINATION

Subscription will automatically be terminated at the end of the current valid subscription immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

RESPONSIBILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

- TPNation has no liability or responsibility over the client’s Forex trading account funds regardless of the TPbot performance resulting into significant gain or loss. See HIGH RISK WARNING in the beginning of this document.

- By agreeing and subscribing to TPNation's service, you acknowledge the potential risks and the result of the performance of the TPbot forex robot and you will not held TPNation legally liable to any of losses or gains during the use of the service.  

- Trading in the Foreign Exchange using automated trading Forex software such as Expert Advisors (Forex Robots) or any other automated trading system may prove extremely risky. Trading Forex using Expert Advisors shouldn’t be considered as a safe or guaranteed trading method. Any good performance in the past of an Expert Advisor or similar automated Forex system can’t guarantee its future performance or profitability. Trading in the Foreign Exchange using automated trading Forex software such as Expert Advisors (Forex Robots) or any other automated trading system may prove extremely risky. Trading Forex using Expert Advisors shouldn’t be considered as a safe or guaranteed trading method. Any good performance in the past of our Expert Advisor or similar automated Forex system can’t guarantee its future performance or profitability.

REFUND POLICY

- TPNation offers no REFUND POLICY on monthly service subscription fees as we pay external tools and services in order to make our service continue.

- TPNation offers no REFUND POLICY on client’s forex broker account fund in case of significant gains or losses. Client’s Forex Trading account funds is only managed by the client alone. Client agreed and acknowledged the risks of using the TPbot to trade on their behalf.

ABOUT TPBot

TPbot is a proprietary forex robot developed using advanced forex trading with deep learning AI implementation running through a web service that uses various forex strategies, tools and uses technical indicators, signals to identity quality trade entry positions for maximized profit. We don’t sell or offer TPbot license but we allow our clients to subscribe to our service via monthly subscription where the admin can setup and run the bot to trade for the client on a managed server.
